He is a fellow member of ICAI and a qualified information system auditor. Before joining the firm, he worked with Wells Fargo and Integreon in investment banking and corporate finance roles. He has 10 years of rich experience in the field of business set-up consulting, direct taxation, information system audit.
CA Alok Mani
B.Com, ACA
He is a chartered accountant having expertise in IND (AS), IFRS and US-GAAP. He headed the accounts consolidation team of a multinational companies and responsible for consolidating accounts of 19 foreign subsidiaries.
CA Seema Iyer
B.Com, ACA
She is a member of ICAI and a graduate in commerce. Before joining the firm, she served in the industry for 9 years with E&Y, AF Fergusons and NM Raiji.
